“SungBeats is a musical genius. Every time he performs, you are witnessing original art being created. We like him so much that we had him perform at Forbes Magazine's annual holiday party for 3 years in a row. Each time, he masterfully crafted a beatbox performance on his loopstation whilst simultaneously engaging the crowd and making vocal songs about our team members. I highly recommend SungBeats to entertain a crowd for any party, work function, or corporate engagement."

“Late Nite Bites with SoundsOfThings was the best Experience Event at the Nutella Cafe to date! A significant credit goes to SungBeats, who was not only a complete professional and pleasure to work with, but who went above and beyond to deliver a highly-entertaining and brand-friendly performance. SungBeats incorporated Branded sounds into his music, providing helpful audio deliverables ahead of the event. Most importantly, he engaged the audience—including event partners, staff, agencies, and Client—during his performance, and kept everyone in-store excited! Feedback was positive all-around, and everyone wants to know when the next event will happen.”

“I am honored to write this review on behalf of beatbox artist SungBeats. I am on the board of the Network of Korean American Leaders (NetKAL) and we invited Sung to perform at our 2015 Gala/Summit. He was initially a questionable choice because the planning committee felt his art form might not have been a fit with the audience. Needless to say, Sung put those questions to rest when his performance brought our group of 300 business and community leaders to their feet! Additionally, I want to personally comment on Sung’s character. Before, during and after the performance, Sung displayed nothing but professionalism and a positive attitude. In the time that I’ve known Sung, I have also seen him working relentlessly on his art and he loves to share his talent in public places.”

“I write this letter to highly recommend, beatboxer extraordinaire, SungBeats. As a parent volunteer co-chair of the Multicultural Committee at Little Red Schoolhouse (LREI), our committee organizes one of the largest and most popular school wide events called Karamu. Karamu is a multicultural celebration which includes live, diverse entertainment. I had previously seen Sung perform at a NetKAL event and immediately thought to nominate him for Karamu. The Karamu planning committee voted on which acts to include and Sung easily made the cut. (The top 3 out of approximately 15 acts considered.) Sung was extremely professional prior to and during our Karamu celebration. Although the school wide event is for all grades (K-12), the majority of attendants are middle school aged and younger. The children (and the parents!) all loved Sung’s performance. His performance was highly skilled and engaging. He was able to have a few kids join him on stage for part of the performance, as well. This was a big hit! Although Sung performed at the 2016 Karamu event at LREI, people still talk about his performance now. Some parents even personally hired Sung to perform at private events after Karamu. Once again, I highly recommend Sung Lee as a performer. If you are looking for a uniquely gifted artist who is also professional and a pleasure to work with - SungBeats is your man.”

Creating beats with our friends and partners made the experience unique and memorable! As event planners, we also appreciate that Sung was easy to work with and flexible. "Our Middle School and Upper School had the amazing privilege and honor of hosting Sung Beats at our opening school assembly. An incredible artist and human, Sung not only seamlessly connected with the students but he also inspired them, ignited their collective curiosity, and included them in his passion and craft. The energy in the auditorium while Sung performed was electric and full of life. Students left feeling grateful for having witnessed and learned about beatboxing, looping, perseverance, creativity, and passion. Sung is exceptionally talented and unbelievably grounded. What a pleasure to have him at our school! We cannot wait to invite him back!"

“SungBeats turned an event with near coffeehouse vibes into an impromptu dance party! We asked SungBeats to be the featured act to wrap up our monthly student open mic series. Sung used extra wireless mics to involve students in his performance, giving the audience a lesson in beatboxing and making a track that was all our students' own. He genuinely brought the energy without being intense. Both SungBeats and Bass/Schuler were straight-forward and easy to work with.”

“We brought SungBeats in for a segment during a 6 hour virtual lock-in event on a Friday night to wrap up an amazing semesters worth of events and programming! Sung was incredibly easy to work with - prompt with emails and responses, was able to cater the show to our students needs and interests, and kept them engaged throughout his performance with live tutorials and answering questions. Performing via Zoom for an audience of over 30 students isn't easy, but Sung handled it with ease, charisma, professionalism, and fun! We are all excited to bring him back to WCC in-person!”

“SungBeats is an amazing performer who puts on a spectacular show. Sung's event attracted a wide range of attendees. I am not sure if they all were beatbox fans before the show, but they certainly are now. The show was super fun, entertaining and a great way to foster virtual student connection. It was like having a private concert for our university (only better because we got to interact with the artist!). Sung even tailored the showcase to incorporate aspects about our school mascot and chant. Many students said this was their favorite event of the semester and I couldn't agree more!”

“Sung was nothing short of AMAZING! We were looking for a unique, interactive act to bring to our party suitable for both children and adults alike. Sung delivered in every way! The beatboxing and looping was one of the coolest things we’ve seen and we especially liked the interactive portions with the guests. One of the highlights was when Sung gave the crowd a beatbox lesson and had everybody in the room attempting to beatbox! My guests absolutely loved it and are still raving about him weeks later. We could not have been happier!

“Sung’s performance was one of the biggest highlights of our wedding. Everyone had an amazing time from our parents to friends. I was pleasantly surprised to see my dad dancing to his beatboxing. The past year was tough for all of us and thanks to Sung, we were able to bring everyone out and celebrate our wedding in the most memorable way. Sung’s incredible beatboxing and captivating show made everyone get up from their seats and start dancing! Our family and friends were honored to see his performance live and share memories with him.”

“We had over 500 in attendance…. about 522. Still incredible numbers. Sung was incredible and a professional. He really did his homework and hosted the night fabulously. He went on all the a-cappella sites and knew more info than necessary on each of the groups. A bunch of us went out to eat with him at Applebee’s and there was a bit of a beat boxing riff off around the table. We had a great time.”

“Sung is hands down the best, he has done adult parties and kids parties fo me in the past years and he is always on point for both crowds. Responsible and professional, you can count on him for a killer performance everyone at the party will be talking about for weeks!”

“I wanted to thank everyone who came together to make the Beatboxing Event that happened on Saturday, January 22nd at Lynn University successful. I was amazed by the talent and skills Mr. Lee had to show our audience and I am so glad that I got to work with him. I hope I get to work with him and more artists like him in the future. Once again thank you everyone for your support and I hope we continue to support each in the future.”

“The show went awesome and Sung was phenomenal! He did a fantastic job of interacting with our crowd and involving our students. Everyone seemed to have a great time and kept the crowd very lively! We couldn’t have asked for anything better! Thanks again for working with us and maybe next year we can bring him back as our emcee!”

“We want to extend our gratitude and appreciation on behalf of our team, Last Minute Productions, and student body as a whole, at Western Carolina University. We have hired many performers and while many of them have been great, there is a line between a performer and an entertainer. Sung is not only a fantastic performer, but an excellent entertainer. Sung made this event feel like a full-on concert through engaging each audience member and keeping the energy top notch. We hope we can bring him back in the future for even more students to perform. SungBeats is simply a crowd-pleaser, and it became easy to see why his talent is so well recognized!”

“My fiancé and I hired Sung Lee, aka “Sung Beats”, to perform at our Engagement Party at Gran Electrica, a restaurant and bar in Brooklyn, NY. Sung put on an incredible performance and I would highly recommend him to headline entertainment for any type of event you’re coordinating (concert, party, work function, you name it)! I reached out to Sung on short notice and he was extremely responsive. He worked with us to tailor a playlist that appealed to a wide audience. He arrived at the venue hours early to gauge the equipment and returned with better speakers, which added the sound we need. Sung engaged with the crowd and made everyone feel welcomed. He seamlessly integrated into the event like we had known him for years. The uniqueness of his sound and style will captivate any crowd! We give our full 100% endorsement of Sung!”

“Now that the dust has settled Karima and I wanted to thank you for being part of our day. You exceeded our expectations in every way, in all honesty, we could not have wished for a better start to the party. Every aspect worked, from the audience participation to the unplanned and beautifully unconventional first dance (I think DJ Suhel was also just as excited to have you as we are so I hope you have made another connection there that you can work with).”
